There are many different styles of grieving and loss. The gift is having dialogue about loss before it occurs.
In her own words, Luann Alemao, mother, TV host, author, educator and speaker will share her story of years of care giving for a disabled spouse, the loss of a spouse and the transition following that loss.
Grieving is a very personal very spiritual, experience characterized by waves of emotions. Luann will hope to inspire, offer compassion and healing as she relays her story of loss. Along with Luann, will be Gary Johnson, Spiritual counselor and chaplain at Cedar Valley Hospice, Waterloo, IA. Gary comes with 30 years of experience as a parish pastor and spiritual counselor. With sensitivity and humor together they will offer hope, understanding and guidance for the experience of loss and grief.
